Hippo Statue - motivation?

I wonder if I put this hippo in my kitchen if it would motivate me to not eat? So many animals have wonderful adjectives to describe them...but a hippo? I've seen them at a zoo. I've seen them in Africa. Adjectives?  I think of massive. I think of blubbery. I think of sluggish. I think of dirty brown.

This statue is made of resin and has been hand painted to look just like a hippo looks. And, at eleven inches it's a fairly big statue.

Did you know that hippos spend much of the day in the water? It helps them cool their body temperature which conserves energy. They emerge from the water at dusk so that can graze for food. They are vegetarians. If they can't find water to cool down, they use mud.
