Duck Family Bank$49.95
Swimming around three sides of this adorable duck piggy bank are four yellow ducks. Be sure to look at the different images. The first photo shows the lead duck who seems to be quite happy, However, when you check out the 2nd photo you see that the 4th duck is not happy. This baby duck is squawking. Is the duck looking for food (money)? Even when squawking though, the duck is still cute. How can that be?

Talking Blue Jays - Bird Art 16 x 20"$49.95
Our Talking Blue Jays Photo shows two jays talking. We cannot tell gender. The female Blue Jay is normally slightly smaller. If you spend much time with Blue Jays you will soon be able to identify each bird. No two jays are the same. Colors of feathers are different between two birds...but the final result looks so similar that most people think all jays look the same. Check out the white feathers between two jays. We recommend you spend time to name your local birds as you learn who is who. It's fun! Large photo measures 16 x 20".
Blue Jays are intellignt and maintain tight family bonds. Their fondness for acorns helped spread oak trees after the last glacial period.

Both the male and female egrets grow these awesome plumes. In fact, in 1886 each plume sold for $32/oz. Yes, 130 years ago! Back then that was twice the price of 2 oz of gold! In defense of the ladies who wore the plumes in their hats - the women WERE beautiful...but the poor bird.
Finding the right location and lots of patience plus photography skills came together for this photo to happen...stunning.

Wood Stork with Nesting Material - 20 x 16" Photo Art$49.95
A Wood Stork is flying with nesting material in its mouth. It takes the twigs to build a large stick nest in a tree. The nest is built by the male. Greenery is added to the nest to help insulate the nest. With blue skies this photo spotlights the wood stork with the black edges of its wings. The horizontal photo is large, measuring 20" long and 16" high.
Sad, 1/3 of wood stork babies never fledge - they die before they leave the nest.

Peregrin Falcon 16 x 20" Close-up Art$49.95
Falcon Close-up Photo Art
For thousands of years falcons have been used in hunting. Falcons are thought to migrate as much as 15,500 miles each year. The tell-tale striped chest says this bird is a peregrine falcon. Great close-up photo taken by our internationally acclaimed photographer. Large photo measures 16 x 20".
The peregrine is renowned for its speed. It has been clocked at 242 mph, which makes it the faster member of the animal kingdom. I was birding near the Cliff House in San Francisco when a Peregrin flew out of a tree above me, went close to my head, and landed up catching something on the beach. It WAS fast. Falcons are very important to the Middle East. In Dubai it's been known for the owner to purchase an airline ticket just so the falcon has it's own seat!
