This bald eagle is very focused on its prey with its talons extended and eyes ablaze. Bob, the photographer is a recognized international wildlife photographer. After becoming an Endangered Bird in 1967 due to DDT, a lot of effort to save our national symbol allowed the bald eagle to re-populate and was removed from the endangered list 40 years later in 2007.
