There is a mirror polished piece of metal in the back so that all the details of the rigging and mast can be seen without having to handle or turn the piece. The sailboat is cutting through the waves, which are represented by detailed cuts in the fine crystal base.

There is 5" on the base available for personalization. Arrives in a blue presentation box with satin lining. A beautiful sailboat.
