If what you want etched in the crystal-glass is pretty straight forward and the quantity is small, you will not need to email us or call us. You can order online. You will automatically receive an email with your PROOF. Make certain the email address you provide us in your order is one you monitor. We will NOT process your order until YOU APPROVE the proof that was emailed you.
