Cow-a-bunga! #9148 Cow Parade

Cowabunga! is style #9148 for the Cow Parade. It was created for the Houston Cow Parade in January 2012. Since it has no base it is not one of the numbered cows.

The color of the cow is a mellow green...I don't believe any other cow is this color. It is really creative. Think of the "woodies" and The Beach Boys. Surfers drove the station wagons with the wood sides - that style of car created a cult. The sides of this cow mimics the wooden sides on the "woodies". If you wonder what the silver rectangle is on each side of the door in the brown - it is the door handle!!  Back then surfboards were long.

Above the wood sides are the windows of the "woodie." You can see clouds, sand and palm trees. On top of the woodie is a red surfboard. The lea around the cow's neck feels like real flowers. Now sure why the udder is a brighth pink or that the tail has been cropped. Cowabunga! is a very cretive cow that really tells the Beach Boy's Surfing Story.

There is no box, no tag...the cow is like new...Enjoy!
